Emily Dulhanty

Customer Success Manager at Top Hat

Emily Dulhanty is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer success, instructional design, and media. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Top Hat since November 2020, Emily also held roles as a Senior Instructional Designer and Instructional Designer within the same company. In addition, Emily has been an Editor at Equalizer Soccer since June 2020, focusing on editing, writing, and managing social media content, and is a member of the National Women’s Soccer League Media Association. Previous roles include working as an Emergency Supply Teacher at the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board and as a Test Administrator at Pearson. Emily also contributed to the Education Quality and Accountability Office as a Test Scorer, and wrote for RedNation Online, covering soccer through game recaps and interviews. Emily holds a Master of Teaching from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biological Science from the University of Guelph.
