Mark Dalglish currently serves as the Shutdown and Modifications Manager at Spirit Energy, leading the Shutdown and Modifications Team in the Morecambe Hub since November 2021. Previously, Dalglish held several key positions at Repsol Sinopec Resources UK Limited, including Shutdown & Campaign Manager, where responsibilities included managing shutdowns across North Sea assets and overseeing a £30M project at the Flotta Oil Terminal. Additional experience includes roles at Wood Group PSN, where Dalglish managed operational support for North Sea assets, and Siemens UK Ltd, where a focus was on gas turbine package reliability. With a career spanning over three decades, Dalglish has developed expertise in project management, operations, maintenance strategies, and compliance within the oil and gas sector.
