Prior to this role, Narinder Goyal spent over three decades at Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited, holding various positions, including Assistant Vice President, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing a large fertilizer complex with significant daily production capacities. Notable achievements include successful execution of a INR 6000 crore brown-field ammonia-urea expansion project as General Manager - Projects and extensive experience in ammonia plant operations and efficiency improvement. Earlier career roles included positions at Punjab Alkalies and Chemicals Limited, focusing on chemical engineering operations. Narinder Goyal holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Panjab University, Chandigarh.
