Roger Gray is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the utility and telecommunications sectors. As CEO of PNGC Power from December 2018 to April 2024 and CEO of Northwest Requirements Utilities from April 2016 to December 2018, Roger has demonstrated strong leadership in representing the interests of numerous member utilities. Prior roles include General Manager at Eugene Water & Electric Board, where effective management of community-owned utilities was key, and ownership of Great Northern Exchange, LLC, focusing on utility consulting. Additionally, Roger served as Chief Operating Officer at IP Networks Inc. and held various leadership positions, including CEO at Power Transmission Solutions and General Manager of PG&E's Electric Transmission Business Unit. Roger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, as well as Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
