Mark Power-Freeman has extensive work experience in the field of user experience (UX) research and design. Mark is currently serving as a Lead UX Researcher at Panorama Education, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to their current role, Mark worked as a Senior UX Researcher at Everly Health from June 2021 to May 2022. Mark also served as the UX Lead at Praxent from July 2018 to June 2021. Before that, Mark gained valuable experience as the UX Design Director at FloSports from October 2014 to May 2018. Mark also worked at projekt202, where they held the positions of Creative Director UX from December 2012 to November 2014 and Senior UI Designer from September 2005 to November 2013. Mark began their career at MONKEYmedia as an Interaction Designer from March 1999 to May 2000 and later worked as an Information Architect at SBC Communications from 2000 to 2001. Overall, Mark Power-Freeman has a strong background in UX research and design, with a focus on leading and directing UX teams.

Mark Power-Freeman completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology with cum laude in General Studies from Harvard University. Mark then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Radio-Television-Film from The University of Texas at Austin.
