Rachel Bauer currently serves as the Associate Director of Culture and Strategy Design at S2A since November 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel co-founded Gild Collective, where efforts focused on transforming workplace cultures through leadership workshops and bias mitigation programs from March 2015 to November 2023. Rachel's experience also includes positions at The Christ College of Nursing and Health Sciences as an Academic Advising and Student Success Coordinator and various roles at the University of Tennessee Knoxville, including an Academic Advising Intern and Graduate Teaching Assistant. Rachel holds a Master of Science in College Student Personnel from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing from Kent State University.
