Manoella Oliveira is a seasoned Product Designer with extensive experience in UX and UI design gained through various roles at notable companies. Currently at GEP Worldwide since September 2023, Manoella conducts discovery processes, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and ensures product design aligns with strategic objectives. Prior to GEP, Manoella held positions at FTD Educação, OptiU, and Blend Agency, focusing on UX research, prototyping, and visual design for diverse digital media and campaigns. Manoella's career started at Inovamídia Agência, where leadership skills were developed while mentoring junior designers. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Design from Universidade do Estado da Bahia and a Degree in Art and Technology from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
