Dylan Bowermaster is the Head of Partnerships at Mercury, having joined the company in 2023. Prior to this role, Dylan served at Square from 2016 to 2023, where responsibilities included Head of Square Banking and POS Partnerships, Business Development Lead, and Senior Business Development Manager. Earlier experience includes a position in the Investment Team at Acumen, focusing on social venture capital in 2015, and a role in Finance & Business Operations at Bridge International Academies in 2014. Dylan began a career in investment banking with RBC Capital Markets from 2010 to 2014, specializing in Technology Mergers & Acquisitions, and also worked briefly in business development at OpenGate Capital in 2010. Dylan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from UCLA.
