Steve Struthers has extensive work experience in various roles and companies.

Steve started their career at On-Belay in 2006 as a Program Development Coordinator, where they worked until 2011.

In 2011, they joined Luther as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant, a role they held until 2014.

From 2014 to 2016, Steve worked at AAA Missouri as an Insurance Business District Manager.

In 2016, they joined Farm Bureau Financial Services as an Assistant Agency Manager, a position they held until 2023. During their time at Farm Bureau Financial Services, they also served as an Agency Manager and performed as an Agent and Financial Advisor.

Currently, Steve is employed at Thrivent as a Market Director, a role they took on in 2023.

Steve Struthers has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Behavioral Economics from the University of Minnesota, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. Steve also completed a Master of Arts degree in Applied and Professional Ethics from Luther, St.Paul MN from 2010 to 2012. In addition, they pursued post-graduate studies in Micro-Economics and Intercultural Communications at The University of Freiburg starting in 2013. Steve also holds various certifications, including the Series 26, Series 6, Series 63, Series 65, and Series 7 licenses from FINRA.
