Vitaliy Tufeld has held various roles in the field of talent acquisition and business development. Vitaliy began their career as an Associate Recruiter at ManpowerGroup in 2017, where they focused on candidate sourcing, screening, and qualifying. After two years, they joined Intuit as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for TurboTax Live, before transitioning to Ajilon (now LHH) in 2019 as a Business Development Manager. In 2020, they rejoined Intuit as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead for TurboTax Live. Throughout their career, Vitaliy has gained experience in recruiting, business development, and team leadership.

Vitaliy Tufeld received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they studied from 2012 to 2016.
