Janice Goocher, SPHR, currently serves as a People Operations Specialist at My Secure Advantage since August 2023. Prior to this role, Janice was the Director of HR at Enactus from March 2016 to August 2023, overseeing all human capital activities with a focus on training, professional and leadership development, performance management, and compliance. Janice's HR expertise includes serving as a Human Resource Business Partner for Schurz Communications, a Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement, and an Associate Manager of HR at Forest Laboratories and Forest Pharmaceuticals, where significant achievements included managing benefits and implementing new HR protocols. Janice holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
