Lindsey Baumler has a diverse work experience primarily focusing on recruiting and development roles. Lindsey started as a Fundraising Intern at March of Dimes in 2015 and eventually became a Development Manager. Following this, they joined St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC as a Senior Development Representative and later became a Regional Development Specialist. Transitioning into legal recruiting, Lindsey worked as an Alumni Relations Assistant and later an Alumni Relations & Career Services Coordinator at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Legal Recruiter at Ontra and is also the Founder of Scribe My.

Lindsey Baumler completed their Bachelor of Science in English and Creative Writing at SUNY Brockport from 2010 to 2014. Lindsey furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Management from SUNY Brockport between 2014 and 2016. Lindsey also obtained the certification of Certified GBD Talent Diversity Course Graduate from Growth by Design Talent in 2023.
