Caroline McCluskey has worked in Human Resources and Recruiting roles since 2009. Caroline began their career as a Teacher (Summer Staff) at Children's School of Science, followed by a Temporary Administrative Coordinator role at Harvard University. In 2010, Caroline took on the role of Office Coordinator at Detwiler Fenton & Co. Caroline then moved to Putnam Investments in 2011, where they worked as an Executive Assistant/Human Resources Associate. In 2014, Caroline began working as an Executive Assistant at MullenLowe U.S. In 2017, they joined Buoy Health as a Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter. In 2019, Caroline became a Recruiter at TrueMotion. In 2020, they moved to Eastern Nazarene College as a Human Resources Generalist. Finally, in 2021, Caroline joined Vitra Health as a Human Resources Generalist. Caroline is currently working as a Human Resources Generalist at InsideTracker.

Caroline McCluskey attended Roger Williams University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Public Relations.
