Hamutal Shapira has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Hamutal currently works as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Assured Allies since May 2022. Prior to their current role, they served as a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition at Ethosia from September 2021 to May 2022, where they were responsible for executive search, talent acquisition, headhunting, and sourcing for senior positions. Before that, Hamutal worked as an HR Recruiter at the IEC - Israel Electric Corporation from 2015 to 2021, where they led the overall recruiting process and established relationships with hiring managers. Hamutal also has experience as a Global Project Manager at Building Bridges from 2012 to 2014, a Recruiter at The Jewish Agency for Israel from 2012 to 2013, and an Emissary and Israel Program Manager at Hillel International from 2010 to 2012. In addition, Hamutal worked as a Coordinator at Perach - Tutorial Project from 2008 to 2010.

Hamutal Shapira obtained their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Middle East studies from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Hamutal pursued their Master's degree in Public Policy, Honors program at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
