Amanda Fiducia, MHRM, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Sr. Director of Human Resources at Semper Laser since April 2023. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at care.ai and Human Resources Generalist positions at United Vein Centers and HCA Healthcare. Amanda began their career with Kforce Inc, where roles included International Recruitment Specialist and Human Resources Specialist. Additionally, an international experience includes living abroad in Hong Kong. Amanda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish and Italian from the University of Connecticut and a Master's in Human Resource Management from Walden University.
