Ashley Gomes has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Ashley started their career at Stop and Shop in 2009 as a Bakery Clerk, where they worked until 2019. In 2018, they joined Blount Fine Foods as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and later transitioned to the role of a Talent Acquisition Partner, which they held until 2021. Currently, Ashley is working as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Green Thumb Industries (GTI), starting in 2021.

Ashley Gomes's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management (leadership option) from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, which was obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Bristol Community College from 2011 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Ashley Gomes has also obtained additional certifications. In July 2021, they acquired the Blount Business Management Series certification from Bryant University. Furthermore, in September 2020, they obtained the Strategic Talent Acquisition (STA) certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
