David Ficklen is a Senior Level Management and Operations Professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Innovative Dining Group since October 2018, David previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at Pink Taco from February 2014 to October 2018, where responsibilities included strategic planning and management training. Prior consulting work included a role as a Restaurant Operations Consultant at DRF, focusing on the development of pre-opening systems and menu planning. Earlier experience included serving as Executive General Manager for various Innovative Dining Group locations from 2005 to 2013, where David launched multiple outlet operations. David began career roots as General Manager for WOK&ROLL and BAR CELONA within Kaos Management from 2002 to 2004, overseeing operations, training, and startup activities. David Ficklen graduated from San Francisco State University.
