Matt Goss has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Matt started their career as an intern at Raytheon, where they worked as an Industrial Engineering Intern and later as a Cost Engineering Intern. After that, Goss worked as a Senior Design Project Intern at Berry Plastics. Matt then joined Starbucks, where they held multiple positions, including Labor Engineer, Continuous Improvement Manager, Decision Scientist, and Program Manager. During their time at Starbucks, Goss was responsible for various initiatives such as developing labor scheduling applications, improving employee engagement, and managing the design of Roastery, Reserve, and Princi locations. Matt also worked as a Senior Manager of Engineering at Starbucks Asia Pacific, leading a cross-functional workforce management initiative. Goss also worked at Amazon as a Senior Product Manager, where they played a crucial role in adapting B2C customer-centric products for B2B customers and leading the product roadmap for the Cart and Checkout pages of Amazon Business website. Currently, Goss is serving as the Director of Operations Transformation & Innovation at Pizza Hut.
Matt Goss completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Washington, graduating in 2010 after five years of study.
