Caleb Morgan began their work experience in 2015 as a Customer Service Representative for the City of Knoxville. Caleb then worked as a Waiter at Olive Garden from May 2019 to January 2020. In 2018, Caleb became an Office Assistant at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where they worked until May 2021. Afterwards, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Littoral Power Systems, Inc. from August to December 2021. From June 2021 to February 2022, Caleb held the position of Production Associate at DENSO. Currently, they are working as an Aerospace Engineer Analyst at BlackLynx starting from May 2022.

Caleb Morgan pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Caleb attended the institution from 2017 to 2021, completing their undergraduate education within this time frame.
