Hugo Allen began their work experience in 2014 as a Canvasser for Abel & Cole. Hugo then worked as a Waiter at Meat & Shake and volunteered at Hyde Housing before joining Ashburton Chefs Academy as a Professional Cookery Qualification Student. In 2017, they worked as a Street Food Event Crew at Anna Mae's and as a Sales Assistant at Season Cookshop. Most recently, they held two roles at VistaJet, starting as a Private Dining Intern in 2018 and becoming a Private Dining Cost Control Analyst in September 2019.
Hugo Allen attended the University of Brighton from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science.
