Chiara Brocchi has extensive work experience in various consulting and project management roles. Chiara started their career as a Junior Risk Consultant at Willis in 2008, followed by roles as a Project Consultant at Fiat Auto and AVIVA in 2009. Brocchi then joined McKinsey & Company in 2010 as a Business Analyst, where they worked until 2012. After a brief MBA Internship at the Inter-American Development Bank in 2013, they returned to McKinsey & Company as an Associate and later became an Engagement Manager. Their most recent position is at AXA Italia, where they serve as the Head of Customer Experience and Satisfaction Excellence.
Chiara Brocchi has a diverse education history. In 2013, they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for a Summer School program focused on Firms, Markets, and Crises in the Social Studies of Finance. Chiara then pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management from IE Business School, which they completed between 2012 and 2013. In 2009, Chiara earned a degree in Business Administration from ESCP Business School. Prior to that, they completed a high-level training course in Risk Engineering at CINEAS - Politecnico di Milano in 2008. Chiara also attended Alta Scuola Politecnica between 2005 and 2007, although the degree name and field of study are unspecified. Additionally, they hold a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, which was obtained between 2005 and 2007. Their undergraduate education includes a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, completed between 2002 and 2005.
