Lindsay Bak is an experienced professional in customer service and online marketing, currently working as a Customer Service Agent at Zoover, focusing on online marketing across content and social media departments since February 2023. Prior to this role, Lindsay completed a graduation project with De Reismeiden and held various positions at Staffyou, I Love Sushi, Cum Laude Events, Albert Heijn, and Benu Nederland, gaining diverse skills in communication, customer focus, teamwork, planning, and decision-making.
