Shane McCauley is an experienced professional in the telecommunications and IT sectors, currently serving as the Owner of MCCAULEY IT LLC since October 2022, focusing on network infrastructure services, including firewalls, switches, WiFi, cameras, and backup solutions. With a long tenure at Ziply Fiber since February 2001 as a Customer Engineer specializing in data applications, Shane maintains a variety of telecommunications equipment such as Nortel VoIP switches and Fujitsu transport nodes. Previously, Shane worked as a Network Technician at Nortel Networks from January 1993 to February 2001, where responsibilities included installation and testing of Nortel fiber nodes and other network components. Shane studied Business Administration and Management at the University of Montana from 1988 to 1992.
