Johanna Cadorna, MBA, ITIL, has extensive experience in account management and sales, currently serving as Executive Account Manager at Eastern Communications since January 2020, where responsibilities include managing complex accounts and achieving high sales quotas. Previously, Johanna held the role of Senior Account Manager at Bayan Telecommunications from March 2002 to November 2015, contributing to significant revenue growth and achieving annual revenues of PhP 190 million. Earlier experience includes positions as a Sales Consultant at Yapster, where contributions were made to the online magazine, and as a Customer Service representative at DBS Bank, focusing on quality service and issue resolution. Johanna holds a Master of Business Administration from Ateneo de Manila University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from the University of Santo Tomas.
