Stephen Grimm has extensive experience in cybersecurity and technical account management, currently serving as a DOD - Technical Account Manager and Team Lead for Platform Engineering at ZeroFox since November 2017. Responsibilities include conducting platform health checks, providing technical support, and collaborating with business units to ensure customer satisfaction. Previous roles at ZeroFox involved delivering onboarding services, configuring client platforms, and managing security alerts.
