Kelly Fischer has over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Kelly began their career in 2008 as a QC Chemist 1-2 at Sovereign Pharmaceuticals. In 2011, they moved on to Neos Therapeutics as a QC Chemist. Kelly returned to Sovereign Pharmaceuticals in 2012 as a QC Chemist 3. In 2013, they were appointed Quality Director at Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli, where they are responsible for the overall quality of the products and services delivered to customers. Her day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring incoming and outgoing shipments are in accordance with established quality standards and collaborating with the Executive team and Product Development team during new product development.

Kelly Fischer attended the Florida Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.
