Wilda De Jesus has extensive work experience in quality assurance and compliance. Wilda is currently working as an Associate Director of QA Compliance at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies, starting in 2020. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager - Audit & Inspection at the same company.

Wilda's work experience also includes a role as a Validation Specialist at Washington Group from 1999 to 2001, where they developed and executed validation reports and qualifications for diverse equipment and processes.
Wilda began their career as a Buyer/Planner at Stryker Puerto Rico from 1997 to 1999, where they developed production schedules and established planning rules to ensure uninterrupted supply chain.
Wilda De Jesus completed their education in a chronological manner. Wilda began their studies in 1991 at the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico (UPPR), where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering (BSIE). This educational endeavor lasted for six years and came to an end in 1997.
In 2013, Wilda enrolled at the Aveta Business Institute, where they obtained a certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt. This program lasted for one year and concluded in 2014.
Following their certification, Wilda continued to enhance their professional skills by acquiring additional certifications. In 2020, they obtained a certification as a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) from ASQ - World Headquarters.
