Jennifer Gideon is a seasoned quality professional with extensive experience in the medical device and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Quality at VERO Biotech since October 2024, Jennifer has held key roles at Avanos Medical as Research and Development Manager for Neuromodulation, and at Halyard Health/Avanos as Technical Quality Leader for New Product Development. Previous positions include Principal Quality Engineer II at Ecolab, Design Quality Engineer at GE Healthcare, and various quality engineering roles at Covidien and Milliken & Company. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned between 1997 and 2002.
