Benjo Dans has worked in the software engineering field since 2000. Benjo began their career as MIS/Scheduling Manager at U.S. Graphite before becoming President of Integrated Software Techniques in the same year. In 2008, they took on the role of Senior Software Engineer at Laird Technologies. From 2011-2013, they worked as Senior Software Engineer at both Kaseya and Xembedded LLC before joining Acromag as Senior Software Engineer in 2013. In 2017, they became Software Engineering Manager at Xoran Technologies.

Benjo Dans attended Ateneo de Manila University, followed by the University of the Philippines where they earned a BS in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
