John Kruckeberg's work experience includes various roles in engineering and manufacturing. John began their career at Decatur Mold, where they operated manual and CNC mills and lathes to machine plastic injection molds. John also operated a Brown and Sharpe CMM machine for quality control. John then worked as an intern engineer at Pentair, making engineering changes and designing fixtures for assembly lines. After that, they joined Aerotek as a design engineer before returning to Pentair as a tooling engineer. In this role, they collaborated with mechanical engineers and injection molding suppliers, and worked closely with the metrology department to ensure product quality. Kruckeberg then became a Lean Facilitator at Pentair Water, leading lean initiatives and coordinating the move of the shipping facility. John later worked at Hayward Industries as a Tooling Engineer and Toolroom Supervisor. John'smost recent position is at ²ú¾±´Ç²Ñé°ù¾±±ð³Ü³æ as a Principal Engineer.
John Kruckeberg earned their associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Central Carolina Community College between 2002 and 2005. John later pursued their bachelor's degree in the same field at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2010 to 2012, earning a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
