Natalia Kelman started their work experience in 2005 at WizardSoft as a Database Testing professional. Natalia then joined Quest Software in 2006 as a QA Engineer, where they stayed until 2011. In 2013, they joined Cisco as a QA specialist and remained there until 2016. From 2015 to 2017, Natalia worked at Conquest Software Solutions as a Quality Engineer. Their most recent role was at TytoCare, starting in February 2020, where they worked as a DevOps Engineer.

Natalia Kelman obtained their Master's degree in Computers, Complexes, Systems, and Networks from ITMO University, where they studied from 2002 to 2008. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In July 2021, they earned the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification, and in July 2022, they obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification.
