Alexis Delannoy currently serves as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding at WSAudiology, a position held since March 2019, contributing to the organization's mission of improving hearing for millions worldwide. Prior to this role, Alexis was the Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Sivantos Group from May 2017 to March 2019. Additionally, a significant portion of Alexis's career was spent at Russell Reynolds Associates from February 2005 to May 2017, where responsibilities included Consultant and Research Director for the Asia Pacific and Europe regions, specializing in executive search and talent acquisition. Earlier experience includes a position as Junior Consultant in Executive Search at Penna Plc from September 2003 to February 2005. Alexis holds an MSc in International Business from ESCE International Business School, and an MBA from Università degli Studi di Torino, complemented by a high school education from a French High School in Milan, Italy.
