Anita Thakur is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in recruitment across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Abbott since March 2018, Anita oversees hiring for the Nutrition and Devices & Diagnostics divisions while managing a team of six recruiters. Prior to Abbott, Anita held the position of Senior Staffing Specialist at IQVIA from May 2016 to March 2018, where responsibilities included leading talent acquisition activities for multiple business units and managing a team of eight. Previously, as a Recruitment Specialist at Accenture from August 2010 to April 2016, Anita was responsible for talent acquisition for Leadership and Support Function hiring across India, overseeing a twelve-member team. Anita holds a Post Graduate degree in Business/Commerce from Mumbai University.
