Dewa Aditya has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dewa started their career in 2012 as a Banquet Service staff at Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel & Villas Bali. Dewa then worked as an Aviation & Cargo Sales Trainee at Angkasa Pura | Airports in 2016. In the same year, they joined Alila Hotels - Two Roads Hospitality as a Human Resources Trainee at Alila Seminyak. Dewa later became a Human Resources Officer at the same company. In 2014, Dewa worked as a Cruise Agent at PT. PELNI (Persero). From 2016 to 2021, they worked as a Cluster Talent & Culture Officer at ibis, ibis Styles, and ibis budget hotels. In Siloam Hospitals Group, Dewa held positions such as PIC HC & Office Mng Dept. Head Siloam Hospitals Mataram & Pre Opening Clinic at site PT. AMNT and Human Resources & Operation Siloam Hospital Bali Clinic. Most recently, starting in 2023, they became the Human Capital Unit Head at RS. Bunda Group.

Dewa Aditya completed their education at Politeknik Negeri Bali from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (S.Tr.Ab) degree with a specialization in International Business Management. In addition to their degree, Dewa Aditya also received certifications from various institutions. In September 2018, they completed a program called "HRAcademy" at the Human Resources Association (HRA) Bali. Furthermore, in September 2020, they obtained a certification as a Human Resources Supervisor from BNSP Republik Indonesia.
