Vicki Parsons has a diverse work history, currently serving as a Dock Material Handler and Receiving Office Support at West Liberty Foods since May 2016, where responsibilities include quality assurance and shipping/receiving clerical tasks. Vicki also has experience as a Fabricator at Winegard Company and previously held the role of Assistant Manager at Dollar General, overseeing hiring, inventory, and store operations. Prior work includes roles as a Machine Operator at Tri State Envelope and HNI Corporation, as well as experience in the food service industry at Mad Marv's Bar and Grill. Vicki holds an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies from Everest University-South Orlando, earned between 2013 and 2014.
