Sanjib Rej currently serves as the Factory HR at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages since July 2023, leading human resources initiatives. Prior experience includes the role of Section Head HR & ER at GRASIM INDUSTRIES LIMITED within the Paint Division for the Green Field Project from December 2022 to July 2023. Sanjib held the position of Plant Head HR & ER at Birla White from April 2021 to August 2022, and served as Zonal Manager ER at UltraTech Cement from April 2017 to April 2021. Additional roles include Deputy Manager IR at Aditya Birla Grasim Ltd Unit Jaya Shree Textiles from September 2013 to April 2017, Assistant Manager HR at TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd from April 2012 to September 2013, Asst. Manager HR at JSW Steel Ltd from June 2010 to April 2012, and P & A at Godrej Consumer Products Ltd from March 2005 to May 2010. Sanjib completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from the National Institute of Management & Technology between 2003 and 2005.
