Randy Mitchell is an experienced water management professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the District Manager for Willows Water District since July 2019, Randy has a strong background in water operations, having previously held the position of Water Plant Superintendent at the City of Greeley from March 1985 to July 2019. Through these roles, Randy has developed extensive expertise in water management and operational oversight.
