Aaron Laven possesses extensive experience in operational and leadership roles within both military and civilian sectors. Currently a System Operator at Connexus Energy since January 2020, Aaron has previously served in various capacities in the US Navy from November 2010 to January 2020, including Machinery Leading Chief Petty Officer and Control Room Simulation Supervisor, focusing on training for the Naval Nuclear Fleet. Aaron's early career includes roles as a Lifeguard at Mankato Family YMCA and a Crew Member at Taco John's International, Inc. Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Technical Studies from Thomas Edison State University, earned between 2017 and 2021.
