Thijs van Winden currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Development & Applications Team Lead at Whiffle since September 2022, while also being the Eigenaar at Wind Ventures since October 2020. Prior to these roles, Thijs van Winden was the Manager Platform/Tech Lead at SkyGeo from February 2018 to September 2022, focusing on developing a scalable InSAR service for infrastructure monitoring with millimetre accuracy. Thijs van Winden has a strong background in scientific software engineering at SkyGeo and a technical internship at CERN, where responsibilities included building a prototype for a SCADA control system. Thijs van Winden also has experience as a Backend Developer at Web4Exposure and previously held various roles in fuel cell technology at Forze Delft. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Systems and Control and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, as well as VWO NT from Stanislascollege Westplantsoen.
