Jay's extensive experience includes managing surface facilities at Kuwait Energy and leading process engineering teams at Technip Energies, Talisman Energy, and several other notable companies. Jay's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from BI Norwegian Business School, an MBA from Queensland University of Technology, and a Master's degree in Chemical Process Technology from the University of Tehran, complemented by a strong foundation in Chemical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
