C. Paschal Eze serves as the Chief Diversity Officer and Head of the DEI Department for the City of Westland since May 2022, directly reporting to the Mayor and overseeing various diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Prior to this role, C. Paschal Eze was the Vice President of Communications at the Detroit Rescue Mission from July 2014 to April 2022, contributing significantly to communication strategies and community outreach for this nonprofit organization. C. Paschal Eze's extensive experience includes positions as President and CEO at Global Mark Makers/Brandwell Global, and as President of Family Reading Ministries, along with serving as Vice President for the International Coalition of Tourism Partners. Academic credentials encompass a Doctor of Philosophy degree from Arni University, along with multiple certificates in diversity, humanitarian emergencies, and international business from prestigious institutions such as Yale and Harvard.
