Petra Segerdahl is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an HR-partner and Human Resources Development Specialist at Lunds kommun since June 2019, Petra previously held positions at Malmö stad from May 2012 to June 2019, where responsibilities included HR Consultant and Acting HR Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as a Training Delivery Specialist and Training Coordinator at Tetra Pak via Randstad from 2008 to 2012, as well as HR Coordinator/Recruiter at Stegmann Scandinavia AB in 2007-2008. Petra began a career in business ownership as the owner of Tulip Noir from 1990 to 2003. Educationally, Petra holds a Fil. Cand degree in Human Resource Development and Labour Relations from Lund University.
