Sherif Adel, PMP ® currently serves as the HR-Director of Performance Management at Ras Al Khaimah Municipality Department since December 2016, where responsibilities include developing performance collection systems, analyzing cross-functional data, and designing employee performance policies. Prior to this role, Sherif worked as an HR-Performance Management Specialist and a Customer Care Professional at UAE Etisalat and Raya Contact Center, focusing on customer service training and performance management. Sherif also has experience as a Customer Service Specialist at UAE Etisalat and Vodafone, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints. Sherif holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Specialized Studies Academy obtained between 2006 and 2010.
