Michael John Miguel possesses extensive legal experience, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Western Center On Law & Poverty since July 2023. With a career spanning over two decades, Miguel is a Principal at McKool Smith P.C. since April 2016, and previously held the position of Partner at prominent law firms including Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman LLP, K&L Gates LLP, and Morgan Lewis. Michael obtained a Juris Doctor degree from USC Gould School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from UCLA.
