Additionally, they have worked as the Operations Director at Zoom and served as the Group Operations Director at SPORTS AND LEISURE MANAGEMENT LTD. John Oxley began their career as a Contract Manager at Crossland Leisure.

John Oxley attended Sheffield City Polytechnic from 1982 to 1985, where they obtained a BA (Hons) Sport Studies degree.
