Niklas Arvidsson is an experienced marine engineering professional currently serving as a teacher in the marine engineering program at Chalmers University of Technology since May 2020. Concurrently, Niklas works as a marine technical surveyor at WESMANS, a position held since September 2019, specializing in marine engineering surveys. Previously, Niklas held significant roles at Eidesvik AS from April 2011 to September 2019, including chief engineer and first engineer on seismic research vessels. Additionally, experience at Donsötank from February 2007 to April 2011 involved serving as both second and first engineer on product tankers and bulk carriers, including competence in diesel electric propulsion. Niklas holds a Bachelor’s degree in marine engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, completed in 2007.
