Sidra Shah, MBA, has diverse work experience in various industries. Starting from 2012, they worked as a Focus Group Coordinator and Phone Agent at Dan Jones & Associates, where they analyzed market research and managed client relationships. In 2014, they joined CaptionCall as a Communications Assistant, relaying calls for the hearing impaired with a strong focus on quality. Sidra then worked as a Sales Coach and Team Manager at Progrexion/Lexington Law Firm, leading a sales team.
