Sarah Zelazoski currently serves as Chief of Talent for the Wauwatosa School District since July 2022. Previously, Sarah held the position of Executive Director of Human Capital at Mequon-Thiensville School District from August 2013 to July 2022, overseeing HR administration and labor practices for over 400 employees. Prior to that, Sarah worked as Coordinator of Human Resources/Community Programs at the Unified School District of Antigo from September 2001 to August 2013, where responsibilities included recruitment and wellness program development for around 300 employees. Sarah also served as Director of School-Community Programs, focusing on grant writing and project administration. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
