Lourdes Bond has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving in Employee Relations at the Catholic Archdiocese of Washington since July 2022. Prior to this role, Lourdes held various positions at VFS Global from January 2017, including Human Resources Manager and Deputy Manager for North America and the Caribbean. Lourdes began a human resources career at Access Worldwide Communications, Inc., managing all HR functions from October 2003 to February 2015. Lourdes also worked as a VIP Account Manager at LoJack Corporation in 2002-2003. Education includes an MBA in Management from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Universidad de las Americas.
