Jenna Sandker is an accomplished leader in talent acquisition with extensive experience at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where Jenna has held various roles since January 2015, culminating in the position of Director of Talent Acquisition. In this role, Jenna focuses on operational efficiency and enhancing the candidate and employee experience, with expertise in program design, diversity recruitment, employer branding, and data-driven talent attraction. Previous positions include Associate Director and Candidate Experience Manager at the same organization, as well as roles in digital media and public relations at Findly, Bernard Hodes Group, Reserveage Nutrition, North Shore-LIJ Health System, and ABC News. Jenna holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a focus on Broadcast Journalism from Hofstra University.
